Chi pubblica l'app

Budgekin è pubblicata da Romolo Porta, come persona. Per qualsiasi domanda: support@budgekin.com.

Quali dati usa l'app

Solo quelli che inserisci tu: conti, movimenti, categorie, pagamenti ricorrenti, intestatari e impostazioni. Stanno in un database sul telefono, cifrato, con la chiave nello spazio riservato all'app. Non c'è un account e non c'è un server: nemmeno io posso vedere i tuoi dati.

Nessuna connessione a Internet

L'app non ha il permesso di usare Internet: è Android stesso a impedirle di collegarsi. Dentro l'app non ci sono statistiche d'uso, pubblicità, tracciamento o servizi di altre aziende.

Il backup di Google

Se sul telefono è attivo il backup di Google, Android copia i dati dell'app (il database e la sua chiave) nel backup del tuo account Google, e li rimette quando reinstalli l'app o passi a un telefono nuovo. Il backup lo gestisce Google con il tuo account, secondo le sue regole: io non vi ho accesso. Puoi disattivarlo dalle impostazioni del telefono. Le copie di sicurezza fatte prima di un import restano solo sul telefono e non entrano nel backup.

Export e import

Puoi esportare i tuoi dati in un file (JSON, CSV, oppure protetto da una password) e mandarlo dove preferisci con la condivisione di Android. Da quel momento il file è tuo: dove lo salvi e con chi lo condividi lo decidi tu, e ne rispondi tu. Un file senza password si può leggere con qualsiasi programma. L'import legge soltanto il file che scegli tu.

I permessi

Sblocco del telefono (impronta, volto o codice): per il blocco dell'app, se lo attivi. L'app riceve solo l'esito dello sblocco, mai l'impronta o il codice.
Notifiche: per ricordarti le scadenze dei pagamenti ricorrenti, con il numero sull'icona dell'app. Le prepara il telefono, senza Internet.
Avvio del telefono: per rimettere in programma quei promemoria dopo un riavvio.

Google Play

Scaricando l'app da Google Play, Google raccoglie per conto suo alcune informazioni sull'installazione, secondo la sua informativa. A me Google Play mostra solo statistiche complessive, come il numero di installazioni e gli arresti imprevisti dell'app: mai i dati che scrivi nell'app.

Cancellare i dati

Disinstallando l'app, i dati sul telefono si cancellano. Io non ne ho una copia e non posso recuperarli. Restano solo i file che hai esportato e, se è attivo, il backup di Google, che gestisci dal tuo account Google.

Bambini

Budgekin non è pensata per i bambini, e non raccoglie dati di nessuno, bambini compresi.

I tuoi diritti

Poiché non ricevo nessun tuo dato, non ho dati da mostrarti, correggere o cancellare: sono tutti nell'app, e li gestisci tu. Per qualsiasi domanda scrivi a support@budgekin.com.

Privacy policy

In short: Budgekin does not collect, transmit or sell any data. What you enter in the app stays on your phone, encrypted.

Who publishes the app

Budgekin is published by Romolo Porta, as an individual. For any question: support@budgekin.com.

What data the app uses

Only what you enter: accounts, transactions, categories, recurring payments, owners and settings. They are kept in an encrypted database on your phone, with its key in the app's private storage. There is no account and no server: not even I can see your data.

No Internet connection

The app does not have permission to use the Internet: Android itself prevents it from connecting. There are no usage statistics, ads, tracking or third-party services inside the app.

Google backup

If Google backup is turned on, Android copies the app's data (the database and its key) to the backup of your Google Account, and restores it when you reinstall the app or move to a new phone. The backup is managed by Google with your account, under its own terms: I have no access to it. You can turn it off in your phone's settings. The safety copies made before an import stay only on the phone and are not included in the backup.

Export and import

You can export your data to a file (JSON, CSV, or protected by a password) and send it wherever you like with Android's share sheet. From then on the file is yours: where you keep it and who you share it with is your choice and your responsibility. A file without a password can be read by any program. Import only reads the file you choose.

Permissions

Phone unlock (fingerprint, face or PIN): for the app lock, if you turn it on. The app only receives whether the unlock succeeded, never your fingerprint or PIN.
Notifications: to remind you of recurring payments that are due, with the number on the app icon. Your phone schedules them, without the Internet.
Phone start-up: to schedule those reminders again after a restart.

Google Play

When you download the app from Google Play, Google collects some information about the installation on its own behalf, under its own privacy policy. Google Play only shows me overall statistics, such as the number of installs and app crashes: never the data you enter in the app.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app deletes the data on your phone. I have no copy of it and cannot recover it. Only the files you exported remain and, if it is on, your Google backup, which you manage from your Google Account.

Children

Budgekin is not designed for children, and it does not collect anyone's data, children included.

Your rights

Since I receive none of your data, I have no data to show, correct or delete: it is all in the app, and you manage it. For any question, write to support@budgekin.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
